On Tuesday 25th September five of us met at Spelthorne Leisure Centre to be put through our paces by Rory.
I’ve never really been a fan of exercise but since my diagnosis 2 years ago it has been drilled into me how important it is. Exercise can help with gait, balance, flexibility and motor coordination.
We did a short circuit using weights, steps, push ups and a wall squat. We are all at different stages in our Parkinson’s journey. We were all determined to try our best and give it a go we did!
Thank you to Jason and Rory for making exercise with new friends fun.
